隨著科技的日新月異,大家早已習慣在科技中尋找娛樂。

公園,可能是一個每一日都會經過的地方,但真正留意到當下或願意發掘的人又有幾多個?

「爾後之庭」原意透過藝術促使街坊進一步發現日常生活中的新鮮事, 而當中所舉辦的社區參與式工作坊亦順利的讓參加者對天水圍公園有另一番體會及見解。

最後參加者更創作出3首不一樣的天水圍主題曲。

With the rapid development of technology,

everyone has long been accustomed to finding entertainment in technology.

The park may be a place that passes by every day,

but how many people really pay attention to the present or are willing to explore?

The original intention of "The Courtyard Afterwards" was to encourage the neighbors

to further discover new things in their daily life through art,

and the community participation workshops held in italso successfully provided participants with another experience and insight into Tin Shui Wai Park.

In the end, the participants even composed 3 different Tin Shui Wai theme songs.

In philately, tête-bêche (head-to-tail) is used to refer to a pair of generic stamps which is inverted in relation to one another, either through a printing error or intentionally.

The stamps are of special value only when they are unseparated.

Metaphorically, tête-bêche can precisely reflect the portrayed family’s tricky situation,

that different role-plays or value judgments can lead to sparkling tension among family members,

yet somehow the old saying of ‘blood is thicker than water’ prevails.

An overwhelming 2014 social movement in Hong Kong has devastated many families in the city.

Sai Hoi is the father of the Suen family. As a journalist, Sai Hoi wants to safeguard his neutrality,

but the souring relations between police and citizens, as well as police and reporters,

are also posing increasing pressure for him to uphold his ideal.

His son, Yau Wai envisages his job as police merely a ‘stepping stone’

for a more promising future career.

Nevertheless, it is crystal clear for Yau Wai that is he himself is a law-enforcing agent.

Ironically, his younger sister Wai Yu, who is still studying at university,

is an outspoken social movement activist.

The trios in the Suen family are caught off-guard by the teasing of Moerae,
or the goddess of destiny.

七月燒衣 A Summer Ghost Story

街坊對失蹤事件眾說紛云。

家人苦等十五年後,舅父突然回家,但自此變得孤僻獨處,神經兮兮。

對失蹤一事,他守口如瓶,旁人也不敢過問。
從此這故事便有如盂蘭鬼故傳說,一年總會被提起一次。

Wong Chi Wa’s uncle, Lee Ho Sang, was 20 years old when he disappeared one night without a trace during the Hungry Ghost Festival. Rumours about the incident have spread swiftly around the neighbourhood. Fifteen years later, without explanation about his disapearance,

Lee suddenly showed up. Like a ghost tale, the story would be retold every year…

Freespace Happening initiated a series of cross-genre music collaborations designed to inspire musicians to experiment with new compositions and arrangements.

Musicians were brought into a recording studio with a new collaborators,

encouraged to take a fresh look at themselves, exploring new ideas.

We have also invited video artists from Videotage on the project

to produce video work for Freespace Mixtape Vol. 2.
